By accessing or using BioLinkHQ, you agree to these Terms of Service and all other policies linked from the Legal Centre.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use BioLinkHQ.

These terms apply to all users, including creators, esports teams, businesses, partners, visitors, account holders, and users of monetization or referral features.

BioLinkHQ provides tools for public profile pages, bio links, team pages, creator identity, business profiles, analytics, messaging, referrals, monetization, badges, integrations, and community features.

BioLinkHQ may also include experimental or developing features such as BioTron, BioCord, team tools, Discord integrations, support chat, esports pages, creator systems, and public content tools.

Some features may change, be renamed, restricted, removed, or replaced as the platform develops.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

You must not share access in a way that allows abuse, impersonation, fraud, spam, or unauthorized control of pages, teams, payments, or user data.

BioLinkHQ may restrict or recover accounts where there is evidence of compromise, abuse, suspicious login activity, payment risk, or policy violations.

You keep ownership of content you create or upload, but you grant BioLinkHQ permission to host, display, process, resize, cache, distribute, and use that content as needed to operate the platform.

You must only upload content you own, have permission to use, or are legally allowed to publish.

You are responsible for links, images, bios, posts, team information, promotions, announcements, messages, usernames, badges, and public claims displayed through your account.

You must not use BioLinkHQ for scams, phishing, malware, hate speech, targeted harassment, doxxing, impersonation, spam, bot abuse, payment fraud, stolen content, illegal activity, or misleading commercial claims.

You must not attempt to disrupt, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, exploit, bypass, or interfere with BioLinkHQ systems, security, APIs, authentication, payments, or moderation.

You must not use BioLinkHQ to misrepresent sponsorships, partnerships, tournament results, business status, verification, staff roles, or official affiliation.

Teams, esports organisations, businesses, and communities are responsible for how they present themselves and how their staff or members behave on the platform.

BioLinkHQ may remove or restrict team pages that impersonate another organisation, mislead users, promote scams, or repeatedly violate platform policies.

Team owners should ensure that rosters, roles, recruitment posts, partner claims, and monetization information are accurate.

BioLinkHQ may offer monetization features such as subscriptions, referrals, paid tiers, creator memberships, Stripe Connect, shop integrations, or other revenue tools.

Access to monetization may require verification, eligibility checks, fraud review, or compliance with third-party payment provider rules.

BioLinkHQ may delay, block, reverse, or review payments where there is suspected fraud, chargeback risk, invalid activity, abuse, policy violation, or legal obligation.

Paid features may be billed on a recurring or one-time basis depending on the product.

Unless stated otherwise, payments for digital platform features may not be refundable after access is provided, except where required by law or payment provider rules.

Chargeback abuse, fraudulent payment attempts, or payment disputes may result in account restrictions, monetization removal, or permanent suspension.

BioLinkHQ aims to keep the platform available and reliable, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Features may be unavailable during maintenance, security work, upgrades, outages, provider issues, database problems, or development changes.

BioLinkHQ is not responsible for losses caused by downtime, data delay, broken links, third-party outages, or temporary feature removal.

BioLinkHQ may warn, restrict, suspend, ban, remove content, disable monetization, freeze referrals, hide pages, or terminate access where policies are violated.

Enforcement decisions may consider severity, intent, risk to users, previous behaviour, payment risk, and platform safety.

BioLinkHQ may act immediately where necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, or comply with legal or payment provider requirements.

BioLinkHQ is provided as-is and as-available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioLinkHQ is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, lost opportunities, reputational damage, data loss, business interruption, or damages caused by third-party services.

Users are responsible for evaluating whether BioLinkHQ is suitable for their personal, creator, team, or business needs.

BioLinkHQ may update these terms as the platform grows or legal, safety, monetization, or technical requirements change.

Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the updated terms.

Major changes may be announced through the platform, Discord, email, or public update pages where appropriate.
